Louis Vuitton

Another really unique group finished their English training program this week: Louis Vuitton.
The group was made up of senior sales staff from 3 different Taipei locations. Naturally, the discussions were focused on Louis Vuitton's products and customers and how to best serve them, but we also shared a lot about pop culture. We not only discussed words and phrases that are useful for sales in the fashion industry, we also had good conversations on sales skills, customer service and solving problems. We frequently went down into the store and did some role plays selling LV products.
We met twice a week, on Monday and Thursday mornings, which was really tough for this group because some were definitely NOT morning people. Even so, this group was always very enthusiastic and eager to improve their customer service and English language skills.
You might notice that the pictures do not look like they were taken in an LV store. We had our last meeting at a nearby Starbucks to wrap-up the program on a comfortable, friendly note.
I will always remember these amazing people.
